For items purchased inside of North & South America, items will only be covered under warranty at the Service Center local to where the items were originally purchased. Service Centers are currently available in the United States, Canada & Brazil. (Warranty service for purchases made through dealers other than our authorized dealers may not be honored.)



Li-ion Batteries
(ELITE, E-HL9, E-10, E-7, IPL-150/98)

  • General manufacturing warranty is 2 years from the original date of purchase
  • Batteries which are unable to charge to more than 70% of the Initial Nominal Capacity within 2 years from the date of purchase, and within 300 Charge/Recharge Cycles from first charge date will be considered defective.
  • Must never have been operated or stored at over 60° C/140° F.
  • Must not have been operated continuously or been stored for more than 5 hours at over 40° C/104° F
  • Must never have been over-discharged.



Li-ion Batteries
(CUE-D300/D150/D95/D75, CUE-H180/H135/H90, DUO-C198/C190/C150/C98/C98RED/C95, DUO-150/95, E-HL9S,E-10S, E-7S, Imicro-150/98, NP-9X, NP-L7/L7S, NP-1dx/23dx, SB-U98/U50)

  • General manufacturing warranty is 2 years from the original date of purchase
  • Batteries which are unable to charge to more than 70% of the Initial Nominal Capacity within 1 year from the date of purchase will be considered defective.
  • Must never have been over-discharged.



Chargers
(VL-PVC1, VL-DT1, VL-2X/2XRED, VL-2PLUS/2SPLUS, VL-2000S, VL-4S/4Se/4Si, VL-4X, VAL-4Si)

  • 3 years from the original date of purchase.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects caused by poor workmanship or materials.



CAMWAVE Wireless HD Transmission Systems
(CW-1, CW-3, CW-5/5HD, CW-7, CW-F25)

  • 2 years from the original date of purchase.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects caused by poor workmanship or materials.



PROSeries Chargers, Power Supplies and Accessories
(LC-2A, LC-2J, JL-2PLUS, IA-300a/200a/70a/60a, etc.)

  • 2 years from the original date of purchase.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects caused by poor workmanship or materials.



7.2V Li-ion Batteries
(SL-F70/F50)

  • 2 year from the original date of purchase.
  • Must never have been over-discharged.



7.4V Li-ion Batteries
(SL-VBD96/VBD64/VBD50, SL-VBG50, SSL-JVC75/JVC50)

  • 1 year from the original date of purchase.
  • Must never have been over-discharged.



ALPHA-I ND Filters

  • 2 years from the date of purchase.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects caused by poor workmanship or materials.



TERMS OF WARRANTY 

IDX System Technology Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If the products are determined by IDX to be defective or fail to meet minimum published specifications, they will be replaced free of charge at IDX’s sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, IDX will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect incidental, consequential cost or damage. Should there be a warranty claim, you may be asked to produce your proof of purchase with the returned merchandise; therefore it is recommended that the buyer keep their receipt. Products returned for repair and not covered by warranty will be charged for at IDX’s standard repair rates. This limited warranty is to be interpreted under the laws of the State of California, U.S.A.

IDX products should be used only with IDX approved equipment. The use of unauthorized equipment may result in the limitation or voidance of IDX product warranties. IDX does not authorize, condone, recommend, or otherwise assume any liability or responsibility resulting from the use of any battery, charger or accessory not made or sold by IDX. Please use only IDX original equipment.
